Guncho

Guncho is a new and unique tactical shooting game set in the wild west. You move on a small playing area made of hexagon tiles and try to take out the various enemies this game offers. There are also abilities and ammo upgrades to help you with that. Levels are divided into 3 categories, there are normal, daily and expert levels. Daily levels only have limited ammount of replays and get locked if you fail.

The abilities can be used in many interesting ways, you can flee or trick your enemy. For example there’s an ability that lets you switch places with an enemy next to you. If you do it right you can trick an enemy into killing his ally, who is now standing where you stood right before. They don’t notice, it’s like if you paused time and the world stopped moving. Guncho is a turn based game after all, so it makes sense. Your revolver, the base weapon, also works in an interesting way, each bullet can be shot to the direction it’s pointing to and the barrel turns with every move.

This is our charismatic protagonist, you can see the game has a low-poly artstyle similar to graphics of the original Sony Playstation. Quite surprisingly it works really well with the almost hand-drawn looking UI.

Guncho is free with ads used for reviving, or you can buy full game and remove ads for about 5€.
